Grubhub: Food Delivery App Reviews

Cant live without it! Have ordered dozens and dozens of times and the service is nearly flawless. Customer service is always right on top of things in the extremely rare case of a problem.

Love this app!!!

GrubHub is easy to use, has lots of variety in food choices, and I can refine my search in useful ways, like by delivery only, best reviews, etc. I rely on GrubHub too often, but I can get good, healthy food fast from it. And when a restaurant delivery is late or missing something I ordered, I can call GH and they fix it & frequently provide me with a gift certificate to compensate me for my trouble.

The app is ok. Im not crazy about the recent design. It seems like the developer tried to get it to look like a social media app. Majority of the time the time, reps are genuinely friendly. I can easily say that we (the customers) are too easily butt-hurt when it comes down to us being satisfied. Please take note that you (the customer) are not the only-single-most important customer in the world. Its true that some restaurants simply do a terrible job when it comes to providing an excellent product as you expect. It can use a solid rating system like the website; its not that big of an issue. In addition; since the app allows you to save several payment methods, a nickname feature would be nice. Overall; Im somewhat happy with this app.

Grubhub in itself is almost flawless. However, some of the restaurants using Grubhub should not be, as they are giving Grubhub a bad name.

BRING THE GAMES BACK

We have never had an issue using this app. Their customer service staff is by far one of the best out there. Restaurants often make mistakes, dont show up, etc and when those things happen GrubHub is so quick to respond with refunds or GrubHub bucks to use on a future order. And theyll communicate issues to the restaurants themselves! Easy and proficient, we use this app at least once a week to order!

This app is incredible. It is easy to order and interact. The support staff are top-tier. I have had one issue in which a place was unable to complete my meal, I was contacted by support, refunded and given a coupon to use toward another order for the trouble. The app is good and the people that run it really care about doing things right.

Like the app a lot use it all the time for food delivery

They use to give stupid $2 off coupons that expired the next day. Now they give nothing. Staff is unhelpful - either unmotivated or incapable
