Ive never had an issue with delivery or pickup, and the automatic coupons are awesome. I highly recommend it.

This app saved my life.

This is truly an amazing app! We use it so often. Its ability to save and reorder a previous order is so convenient! Youll never make a mistake with sides/substitutions, etc... The menus are flawless. There is no "convenience charge" like similar 3rd party apps such as fandango and ticket master. Its win win for you and the restaurant! One amazing perk, again win/win for both parties is how is negates any language barrier that we all know can be difficult when ordering from your favorite Chinese (or other foreign) restaurants!! Know whats open, what they have. Learn of places you didnt even know existed!! Love it!! Get it!!! You wont regret it!

Chose my restaurant, added items to the cart, created an account, added my credit card (Paypal card scanning is terribad and it doesnt work with applepay or Apples built-in card scanning), and only *then* did they tell me that my restaurant was not available and cheerfully offer to let me start the process over from the beginning. Nope.

When you need to order food and dont want to interact with people or mess with having cash on hand this app is where its at! Also discover cool places nearby I wasnt aware of before

Awesome. The best app on my phone. Yes the actual delivery serve an be slow sometimes but the app is perfect.

If you want a convenient way to order food, Grub Hub is awesome. I use it all the time. No need to deal with talking on the phone. Quick and easy! (Ive had a few order issues but they have great customer service and are very apologetic. Its usually the particular restaurants fault anyway.)

They need to get more "local friendly" places on here, but the app works well and the service is always solid. While I love the places you have, the of restaurants needs to improve.

I love using the app for Grub Hub. I dislike using the phone, so ordering online is great for me. The app is quick and easy to navigate. Usually, everything I order is correct and on time.

Grubhub has messed up 3 of my 4 orders and has now cancelled my order without notifying me, leaving me starving! I placed an order at 9:11 pm tonight and received a confirmation email. After a bit, I am wondering where my food is. I open the app to check the status of my order, and it says that I dont have any orders. I tried to call grubhub, and I receive a recording that says grubhub is experiencing high call volumes. The recording says to contact the restaurant. The restaurant is now closed. I am now starving and everything is closed. This is the fourth time Ive used grubhub, and 3 of the 4 orders have had issues. I have celiac and cannot have gluten. One of my orders arrived with mac and cheese on it, which I did not order and cannot have. I will not use grubhub again.

Great app. Delivery for some restaurants sometimes are a bit too long but the app itself is very accurate.
