Go back to the old way of sorting, please. It was so much simpler and effective. Sometimes improvements are not better.

Need more stores around my area to Order more different verities of foods, but overall good app.

This is one of the best Apps ever! It keeps you updated and has a large choice of restaurants so no complaints here!!!

Great restaurants, usually a bit pricey, but heck it is being delivered. I use it every week to have dinner with my mom who is physically challenged.

Ive placed three orders through this app over the last couple of weeks. The last two Ive waited over an hour and a half for cold food. The drivers have the ability to push back delivery time at their leisure, with or without the restaurant knowing. This leaves your food just hanging out until the driver decides to get there. If Grub Hub wants to turn this around, they need better control of their drivers. A two hour wait time for a delivery in an area where there isnt any current traffic issues on a Sunday night is f@$&ing ridiculous. Im deleting this app.

Ordered my food at 7:49pm. Received delivery estimate of 9:00pm. Contacted the restaurant at 9:30 and found out my order had been waiting on a Grubhub delivery driver for over an hour. Contacted Gribhub at 9:40 and was given a $10 off promo code that expires in less than 30 days and a new estimated delivery of 10:10pm. Its now 10:10pm and my order still isnt here. THIS IS THE REAL GRUBHUB.

The most condensing, rude costumer service ever that drove me completely off the wall and I am pretty patient person. They tell bunch of lies, offend you and then want to cancel your order without you asking? Ive literally lost 3 hours of today dealing with payment issue where they will not refund me even tho they told me they will then them trying to cancel food. And food takes over an hour to get to you. NEVER AGAIN. No one from everyone I know want to order from them again.

Get ready to put your order in over and over, it crashes on checkout a lot. I liked the old one better. Looked like it was made out of playdoo but at least it was somewhat reliable!!

Had an offer on the site where if I entered my email, I could get $7 off my delivery. Kept checking, checking, no email. Placed my order and of course, got the email 20 minutes after I entered my email to get the $7 off. Annoyed that I had already placed my order and ALSO paid over $9 for delivery, tax, tip, etc. Thats almost as much as I paid for the food. Ridiculous.

Taking away 1 star because I miss the games and prizes.

First off the service is great. Their customer service is excellent and this is purely a review of the app. The app doesnt have the ability to review restaurants or organize restaurants beyond adding them to your favorites. Without the ability to rate restaurants or dishes it is a guessing game every time unless you order the exact same thing as last time.

Makes it easier to order food, does what it says it does, and is bug and crash free for the most part. I love this app.
