Worst costumer service ever

The most condensing, rude costumer service ever that drove me completely off the wall and I am pretty patient person. They tell bunch of lies, offend you and then want to cancel your order without you asking? Ive literally lost 3 hours of today dealing with payment issue where they will not refund me even tho they told me they will then them trying to cancel food. And food takes over an hour to get to you. NEVER AGAIN. No one from everyone I know want to order from them again.
