The usefulness of this app depends heavily on what restaurants are sufficiently close to you. In my case it lists a grand total of five restaurants, four of which are pizza places. Thats it. Since all of the pizza places already deliver, whats the point? Deleted.
Food was delivered to wrong address. Restaurants fault but Grubhub customer service quickly refunded me and also emailed me a $5 coupon. Was barely on hold for a minute. Customer service at its finest!
Lots of delivery minimums and fees though
This app is an easy way to find delivery options available to your location. Plus, if there is a problem with your order, they will contact the restaurant for you to resolve the problem or give you a refund or credit.
Grubhub rocks, and this is a great redesign, but it took way too long to get here. A major complaint though is the continued lack of Apple Pay. Its been available for two years. Im able to use Apple Pay everywhere from Walgreens and Best Buy to tiny local coffee shops, but GrubHub still wants us to save our credit cards online where they can easily be stolen. I had three cards stolen last year because online stores were breached, and each time our finances and much of our lives ground to a halt while we fixed the damage and got replacement cards. Im done saving cards online. Far too many businesses cannot be trusted to protect our finances because they dont care or are woefully unprepared for the task. Plus, Apple Pay makes it worlds more secure *and easier* to pay for things. How can you not understand the awesomeness of paying for something with just a tap of your thumb? Please add Apple Pay.
I use Grubhub @ least 3 times a week. Its so convenient!
Amazing app, food comes hot and on time!
I Use This App All The Time

Great way to order food in the go and not worry about cash. A+++
Love the app and the service. Immensely helpful!
Ive used this app since it launched and its really gotten so much better recently. The UI is very easy to navigate and if something goes wrong with your order theyre ALWAYS there to fix it. Any problems Ive ever had have been on the restaurants end, not GrubHubs. I strongly recommend this app over PostMates because they never have "surge" delivery charges which skyrocket to $25+. Everything is always really reasonable, prompt, and yummy.
This app is going to make me go broke. Its easy to use if its an issue with a restaurant they handle it an give you gift cards for the inconvenience. They make you not want to cook because is so easy to use.
Super convenient! Love the app. Tons of restaurants to choose from.
I love grub hub and specially this app this app is very precise and tells you when the restaurant is open when its closed on holidays etc. and they put the tips included in the order so you dont even have to tip in cash (its optional of course tipping with the order) they dont really have a variety of different restaurants where I live but when I do travel and I do travel a lot they do show me different areas of restaurants. I do wish they had a menu with pictures of the food so I can decipher which looks good and which doesnt. But at the end of the day it all depends on how the food taste and thats what counts.
Could not place an order at all.
Not very useful if they only offer the crappiest pizza place in the area. Junk!
So handy and quick. I eat out too much though. Love you grub hub.
I first used GH via their website. I used the "login with FB" option to set up an account. I got an email offering 15% off if I installed their app, so I did. But... no FB login option, nor would it accept my FB email/pw. The only option was to set up a new account. Screw it. The service is great, but Ill only be using the website. (I wont go into how the app didnt generate tons of restaurants the website did, or the crappy refine options.)
