Grubhub has messed up 3 of my 4 orders and has now cancelled my order without notifying me, leaving me starving! I placed an order at 9:11 pm tonight and received a confirmation email. After a bit, I am wondering where my food is. I open the app to check the status of my order, and it says that I dont have any orders. I tried to call grubhub, and I receive a recording that says grubhub is experiencing high call volumes. The recording says to contact the restaurant. The restaurant is now closed. I am now starving and everything is closed. This is the fourth time Ive used grubhub, and 3 of the 4 orders have had issues. I have celiac and cannot have gluten. One of my orders arrived with mac and cheese on it, which I did not order and cannot have. I will not use grubhub again.
