The app is ok. Im not crazy about the recent design. It seems like the developer tried to get it to look like a social media app.
Majority of the time the time, reps are genuinely friendly.
I can easily say that we (the customers) are too easily butt-hurt when it comes down to us being satisfied.
Please take note that you (the customer) are not the only-single-most important customer in the world.
Its true that some restaurants simply do a terrible job when it comes to providing an excellent product as you expect. It can use a solid rating system like the website; its not that big of an issue.
In addition; since the app allows you to save several payment methods, a nickname feature would be nice.
Overall; Im somewhat happy with this app.
