App is weak, service is spotty
The app is obtuse and doesnt allow enough varieties of options. I cannot access my account to see my credits given for poor service. They obviously dont want to make it easy for me to apply the discounts, which I resent. Restaurant staff sometimes dont understand English, so the inability to modify orders without typing a message in notes problem has resulted in incorrect orders. The delivery service itself from GH has failed to arrive in less than 2 hrs now 3X in a row. Trying one more time tonight before changing delivery service providers.
